| INGRIN Seminar on Printing Technology for non Printing
Professionals The INGRIN Institute of Printing & Graphics has organized a seminar on essentials in printing technology for non printing professionals on Saturday the 1st March 2003 from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at INGRIN auditorium. The huge technological developments in the printing industry over the past decade has resulted into new challenges. The quality and price have become the prime factors for customer satisfaction. The customer should be knowledgeable when dealing with printers to receive the best quality product at the right price. The lack of knowledge and understanding in the technology will lead the customer to pay higher price for low quality jobs. Effective results can be obtained if the customer has a basic knowledge of the processes and developments in the industry. This seminar has been designed to support such needs. This will help for those who are directly or indirectly involved in printing related matters to manage their printing projects for savings, schedule and quality. This seminar will also help to educate personnel involved in Marketing/Accounting activities of printing establishments, advertising personnel who deal with printers, printing material / machinery suppliers, service bureaus and other non printing professionals who wish to understand the technology and its developments world over. INGRIN Institute of Printing & Graphics Sri Lanka is an institution under the Ministry of Tertiary Education & Training & INGRIN Foundation. The Netherlands set up in association with the Sri Lanka Association of Printers, Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging, International Advertising Association and Export Development Board of Sri Lanka |
